Cajun Steak and Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:
Cajun Steak:

1 (10-12 oz) ribeye or sirloin steak
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cajun Shrimp:

8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Cajun Pasta:

12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cajun Steak:

Pat the steak dry and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
Cajun Shrimp:

Toss shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, and garlic powder.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Cajun Pasta:

Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and paprika. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce. Stir in diced tomatoes.
To Serve:

Plate the pasta and top with sliced steak and cooked shrimp.
Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
Enjoy!
