Cajun Shrimp Pasta with Andouille Sausage
A bold and spicy Cajun pasta loaded with juicy shrimp, smoky andouille sausage, and fettuccine, all tossed in a rich, flavorful sauce!
Ingredients
For the Pasta & Proteins:
8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice)
½ lb large shrimp (peeled & deveined)
6 oz andouille sausage (sliced)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
For the Cajun Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion (sliced)
1 bell pepper (sliced, any color)
