Ingredients:
4 chicken tenders
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp olive oïl
Directions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken tender into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Drizzle olive oil over the coated chicken tenders.
Place the chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm.
