Crispy Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard Dip

Perfectly seasoned chicken tenders with a crunchy coating, served with a sweet and tangy honey mustard dip.

Ingredients
For the Chicken Tenders:
1 lb chicken tenders (or chicken breasts sliced into strips)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Vegetable oil (for frying)
For the Honey Mustard Dip:
¼ cup mayonnaise
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Prepare the Coating:
Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls:
Bowl 1: Flour
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
Dredge each piece in flour, dip into the egg, and coat evenly in the breadcrumb mixture. Place on a plate.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat about ½ inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the chicken tenders in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Make the Honey Mustard Dip:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
Serve:
Plate the crispy chicken tenders with a bowl of honey mustard dip on the side. Enjoy hot!

Tips:

For a healthier version, bake the tenders at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
