Oven-Fried Potatoes & Onions
Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional: chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
