Smoky Bourbon BBQ Bacon-Wrapped Meatloaf Cupcakes with Mashed Potato Frosting

Ingredients:
1. 1 lb ground beef
2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3. 1/4 cup ketchup
4. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
5. 1 tbsp smoky bourbon BBQ sauce
6. 1 tsp garlic powder
7. 1/2 tsp salt
8. 1/4 tsp black pepper
9. 8 slices of bacon
10. 2 cups mashed potatoes
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each portion into a cupcake shape.
4. Wrap each meatloaf cupcake with a slice of bacon and place them in a muffin tin.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the meatloaf is cooked through.
6. While the meatloaf cupcakes are baking, prepare the mashed potatoes.
7. Once the meatloaf cupcakes are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
8. Pipe or spoon the mashed potatoes on top of each meatloaf cupcake to resemble frosting.
