Ingredients:

  • 1½ lbs ground beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup ketchup (or a mix of ketchup and mustard)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup sour cream or mayonnaise (for extra creaminess)

  • 1 bag (about 20 oz) frozen French fries

  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced tomatoes, chopped bacon, green onions


Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Set oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cook the Beef Mixture:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned.
