2. 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
3. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4. 1/4 cup diced pickles
5. Salt and pepper to taste
6. 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
7. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
8. 2 cloves garlic, minced
9. 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
10. Ketchup and mustard (for dipping)
*Instructions*
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.
3. Add the crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, diced pickles, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted.
4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
5. Spread the garlic butter mixture (melted butter and minced garlic) evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
6. Spoon the beef and bacon mixture onto one half of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
7. Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
8. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the roll into 8-10 equal pieces.
9. Place the rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 1 inch of space between each rollup.
10. Brush the tops with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
11. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.
12. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
