
Bold, spicy, and vibrant — this stir-fry is a flavor explosion in every bite!
Ingredients:
For the Protein:
½ lb beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
For the Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bell peppers, sliced (red, yellow, and green)
½ cup sugar snap peas or green beans
½ cup carrots, sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
For the Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
¼ cup chicken broth or water
For Garnish:
Fresh cilantro, chopped
Lemon wedges
Instructions:

Marinate the Beef and Shrimp:
In a bowl, combine the beef slices and shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare the Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, lemon juice, Cajun seasoning, and chicken broth.
Set aside.

Stir-Fry the Beef and Shrimp:
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Sear the beef slices for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Veggies:
Add another tbsp of olive oil to the skillet.
Stir-fry the broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots for 5-6 minutes until slightly charred but still crisp.
Add minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.

Combine Everything:
Return the beef and shrimp to the skillet.
Pour in the sauce and stir everything together.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.

Serve:
Plate the stir-fry and garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges.
Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
