🍕 Cinnamon-Sugar Crescent Roll Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Optional Icing (Drizzle on top):

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1–2 tablespoons milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  2. Roll out the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into a rectangle (seal the seams). You can use a rolling pin or your hands to flatten it out into a pizza base shape.

  3. Brush with butter: Spread the melted butter evenly over the surface of the dough.

  4. Mix cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it generously over the buttered dough.

  5. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.

  6. Optional icing: While it’s baking, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Once the pizza is out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the icing on top.

  7. Serve: Slice into squares or wedges and enjoy warm!
