Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza Made with Crescent Rolls
🍕 Cinnamon-Sugar Crescent Roll Pizza
Ingredients:
-
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
-
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
-
1/4 cup granulated sugar
-
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
-
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Optional Icing (Drizzle on top):
-
1/2 cup powdered sugar
-
1–2 tablespoons milk
-
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
🧑🍳 Instructions:
-
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
-
Roll out the dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into a rectangle (seal the seams). You can use a rolling pin or your hands to flatten it out into a pizza base shape.
-
Brush with butter: Spread the melted butter evenly over the surface of the dough.
-
Mix cinnamon sugar: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle it generously over the buttered dough.
-
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
-
Optional icing: While it’s baking, mix the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Once the pizza is out of the oven and slightly cooled, drizzle the icing on top.
-
Serve: Slice into squares or wedges and enjoy warm!
