Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
4 lobster tails (5-6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and pull the meat slightly out.
