I made my Orange Tofu for dinner and this recipe blows me away EVERY SINGLE TIME. It’s SO GOOD!
If you have a tofu skeptic in your life, this is the recipe for you to make for them! 
For the tofu:
▢ 14-15 oz block of firm or extra firm tofu
▢ 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
▢ Salt and pepper to taste
For the sauce:
▢ ½ cup orange juice
▢ 1 tablespoon orange zest
▢ 1 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, see note
▢ 1 tablespoon maple syrup
▢ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
▢ 1 garlic clove, minced
▢ 1” piece ginger, peeled, and grated or finely minced
▢ 1 teaspoon sesame oil
▢ ½ tablespoon cornstarch
▢ Red pepper flakes
▢ oil for frying
