One-Skillet Creamy Honey BBQ Steak Rice

Ingredients:

1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup honey BBQ sauce
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft (about 2-3 minutes).
Add rice and stir well, then pour in beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in honey BBQ sauce and cooked steak, cooking for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions or parsley if desired.
