Cheesecake-Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients:
– 4 thick slices of brioche bread
– ½ cup of cream cheese, softened
– ¼ cup of powdered sugar
– ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup of milk
– 3 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– Maple syrup and berries

Instructions:
1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
2. Slice a pocket into each slice of brioche bread, taking care not to slice all the way through.
3. Generously fill each pocket with the cheesecake mixture.
4. In a shallow dish, whisk together the milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
5. Dip each stuffed brioche slice into the egg mixture, ensuring even coverage without over-soaking.
6. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted and beginning to foam.
7. Fry each slice for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crisp.
8. Plate the French toast and artfully arrange fresh berries on top.
9. Drizzle with warm maple syrup before serving.
