
Parmesan Herb-Crusted Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
– 4 salmon fillets
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
– Zest of 1 lemon
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 2 tbsp butter
– Juice of 1 lemon
– 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, combine Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat the salmon fillets dry, then press the Parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet, ensuring a generous crust.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Place salmon, crust side down, and sear for 3-4 minutes until golden.
5. Carefully flip the salmon and transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat, stirring in garlic and lemon juice, cooking until fragrant.
7. Remove salmon from oven. Drizzle with lemon butter sauce before serving.
