

Chocolate Overload Explosion Cake
A chocoholic’s dream! This ultra-rich cake is packed with layers of fudgy chocolate, silky ganache, and crunchy toppings, delivering an explosion of chocolate in every bite! Ingredients:
For the Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ¾ cups sugar
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup whole milk
½ cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee (or hot water)
For the Chocolate Ganache:
8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
For the Toppings:
Chocolate chips
Chocolate shavings
Crushed chocolate cookies
Melted chocolate drizzle Instructions:
Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients, then add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir in hot coffee. Divide into greased 9-inch cake pans and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Make the Ganache:
Heat heavy cream, then pour over chopped chocolate and butter. Stir until smooth. Let cool slightly. Assemble the Cake:
Layer cakes with ganache in between. Pour ganache over the top and let it drip down the sides. Add the Explosion:
Top with chocolate chips, shavings, crushed cookies, and melted chocolate drizzle. Slice & Indulge!
