Dubai Cheesecake – A Luxurious Treat!

A rich, creamy, and indulgent cheesecake inspired by the elegance of Dubai! This dessert is infused with Middle Eastern flavors like saffron, cardamom, and pistachios, making it an unforgettable experience.


Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups crushed digestive biscuits (or graham crackers)
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
For the Cheesecake Filling:
3 (8oz) blocks cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp saffron strands (soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
1/2 cup whipped cream
1/4 cup crushed pistachios
Edible gold flakes (optional)
Honey or date syrup drizzle
Instructions:

Prepare the Crust:
Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and sugar. Press into a greased 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 10 minutes.

Make the Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, cardamom, and saffron milk. Mix in eggs one at a time, then fold in heavy cream.

Bake:
Pour the batter over the crust. Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 50-55 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely.

Decorate:
Top with whipped cream, pistachios, and a drizzle of honey or date syrup. Add edible gold flakes for a royal touch!
