Ingredients

For the crust:
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar

For the cream cheese layer:
16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream

For the strawberry jello layer:
2 boxes (6 oz each) strawberry Jello mix
2 cups boiling water
2 cups cold water
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

For decoration:
Whipped cream
Fresh strawberries

Instructions
Make the crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish and refrigerate to set.
Prepare the cream cheese layer: Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy. Fold in the whipped cream. Spread evenly over the crust.
Make the strawberry jello layer: Dissolve the strawberry Jello mix in boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Add cold water and let cool slightly.
Assemble the layers: Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer, then carefully pour the jello mixture over the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
Garnish and serve: Once firm, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Slice and enjoy!
