For the Salmon Bites:

1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp lemon zest

2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions:
Prepare the Salmon:
Season the salmon cubes with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
