Shrimp & Crab Crispy Wonton Bombs
Golden, crunchy, creamy – the ultimate appetizer explosion!

12 large raw shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ cup cooked crab meat, shredded
¼ cup cream cheese, softened
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
½ tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp sesame oil
12 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
Salt & pepper to taste
Chives or green onion, for garnish

In a bowl, combine crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. This mix is pure creamy seafood heaven and the base for your crispy flavor bomb win.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Top with a whole shrimp. Wet the edges with water and pinch corners to create a “flower” shape. These are party-ready bites and next-level finger food.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes. Drain on paper towels. This step delivers that epic crunch factor and total snack attack goodness.

Sprinkle with chives or extra green onion. Serve hot with sweet chili sauce, sriracha mayo, or soy dipping sauce. You’re now the hero of the ultimate snack platter.

Air fry at 375°F for 6–8 minutes until crisp if you want a lighter appetizer idea without sacrificing flavor.
