Ingredients
• 2 lbs (900 g) beef stew meat
• 1 large onion, diced
• 3 cups (750 ml) beef broth
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) tomato paste
• 1/4 cup (30 g) paprika
• 2 cups (250 g) Spätzle (German egg noodles)
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Brown beef and onions in a large pot. Stir in tomato paste and paprika.
2. Add beef broth, cover, and simmer for 1.5–2 hours until the meat is tender.
3. Cook Spätzle according to package instructions and serve alongside the goulash.
4. Garnish with parsley before serving.
