German Potato Dumplings in Bacon Gravy 

Ingredients
• 2 lbs (900 g) potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 cup (120 g) flour
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream
• 4 slices of bacon, diced
• 2 tbsp (30 g) butter
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
1. Combine mashed potatoes, flour, and egg to form a dough. Shape into balls.
2. Boil dumplings in salted water until they float.
3. Fry bacon in butter until crispy. Add cream and stir to create gravy.
4. Serve dumplings topped with bacon gravy and parsley
