Oven-Baked Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce 

Ingredients:
For the Salmon:
– 4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, about 6 oz each)
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 1 lemon, sliced (for garnish)
For the Creamy Dill Sauce:
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
– Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and place the salmon fillets in it. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
2. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
3. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh dill. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Once the salmon is cooked, pour the creamy dill sauce over the fillets. Garnish with fresh dill and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
