Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage
6 large eggs
8 oz cream cheese, softened
3 cups frozen hashbrowns
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the Sausage:
In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease and set aside.

Prepare the Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cream cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.

Assemble the Casserole:
In a greased baking dish, layer the frozen hashbrowns, cooked sausage, and shredded cheddar cheese. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.

Bake:
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.

Serve:
Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving.
