Surf and Turf Delight 

Ingredients:
•⁠ 2 filet mignon steaks (6 oz each)
•⁠ 2 lobster tails (4-6 oz each)
•⁠ 4 tablespoons butter, divided
•⁠ 2 garlic cloves, minced
•⁠ 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
•⁠ 2 tablespoons olive oil
•⁠ Salt and black pepper to taste
•⁠ 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for garnish)
•⁠ Mashed potatoes and sautéed greens (optional, for serving)

Directions:

1️⃣

 Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the filet mignon steaks with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2️⃣

 Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 5-7 minutes for medium-rare. Remove and let rest.

3️⃣

 While the steaks cook, prepare the lobster tails. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, leaving it attached at the tail. Season the lobster meat with salt, pepper, and half the minced garlic.

4️⃣

 Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Place the lobster tails meat-side up in the skillet and spoon the garlic butter over them. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

5️⃣

 In the same pan, melt the remaining butter and stir in fresh parsley. Drizzle over the cooked steaks and lobster.

6️⃣

 Serve the filet mignon and lobster tails with mashed potatoes, sautéed greens, and lemon wedges on the side.
