Creamy Garlic Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
12 large portobello mushrooms
1 cup cooked crab meat
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons vegetable oil or butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Time: 5 minutes
2. Prepare the mushrooms
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.
Pat them dry and set aside.
Time: 5 minutes
3. Make the filling
In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, green onions, paprika, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
Time: 5 minutes
4. Stuff the mushrooms
Spoon the crab mixture into each mushroom cap generously.
Arrange them on a baking sheet.
Time: 5 minutes
5. Top and bake
Drizzle with melted butter or vegetable oil.
Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and bubbling.

6. Serve
Let the mushrooms cool slightly, then serve warm.
