Ham & Gouda Puff Pastry Muffins with Dijon Glaze 





Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
150g (1 cup) diced ham
120g (1 cup) shredded Gouda cheese
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 large egg (for egg wash)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)

Notes:
Flaky, buttery puff pastry filled with gooey ham and Gouda — finished with a sweet Dijon glaze for a perfect bite! 





Store in the freezer for up to 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 10-12 minutes.
Great served with a fresh green salad or fruit on the side for a classy brunch!
