Garlic-Sautéed Cabbage with Chicken
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
4 cups cabbage, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onion and garlic, sautéing until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the shredded cabbage and cook, stirring occasionally, until it begins to wilt, about 5 minutes.
Stir in soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
